Disability Insurance for Chiropractors in Arizona
Considerations for Chiropractors
Not many insurers are willing to underwrite chiropractors for disability income insurance, but there are a few that will, with up to a five (5) year Benefit Period. One important option (not shown) is group disability insurance, which costs much less and bypasses individual underwriting. To find out if your chiropractic practice qualifies, submit an intake form.

In this example, the policy form is DI105 issued by Illinois Mutual, assuming no adverse health ratings, non-nicotine, with a 2 year special limit on psych/substance claims. This is a generic example, not a quote. To find out your actual cost - and what you qualify for - you must apply so that the insurer may underwrite for your individually specific risk factors. Each insurer has their own information practices disclosure, but the areas of interest are generally regarding occupation, employment, financial, lifestyle and medical history.
Cost reduction options will be discussed after your submitted intake form has been reviewed.
